^aTN-CL1 cells were used for the generation of TCID₅₀ values and 24 h old Trichoplusia ni larvae for conducting bioassays. Twenty-four wells per dilution were employed in 96 well plates for viral titrations and 75 larvae per dilution for infectivity studies.
