Supplemental Material. The full-length cDNA clone 3-1-b1 and its putative amino acid sequence (Ms-golgin80) of Manduca sexta. The cDNA clone 3-1-b1 is composed of 2298 bp with an 76 bp 5' untranslated region and a 3' untranslated region. An open reading frame starting from position 77 predicts a 708 amino acids protein. The conserved N-terminus, coiled-coil domains in the middle (amino acids 369-451), and near the C-terminus (amino acids 560-468) sequences are underlined with a dotted line, a solid line, and double lines respectively.
