3Genotype for acetylcholinesterase insensitivity was assigned based upon plots of inhibition as described in the text. Progeny 28 was scored heterozygous based on relative rates of inhibition by propoxur and monocrotophos due to partial failure of the control. Progeny 15 was scored heterozygous based on relative rates of inhibition due to complete failure of the control.
